I founded The FEAT in 2019 with a simple but powerful goal: to help companies navigate the shifting dynamics of talent, organizational design, and modern workforce strategies.

Work is no longer just about where you go—it’s about what you do. But it’s even bigger than that. The entire workforce is undergoing rapid transformation. Companies can either proactively embrace these changes or be left behind. At The FEAT, we live and breathe this opportunity, providing measurable, operational, and implementable workplace solutions that help companies optimize their workforce while supporting the growing number of independent professionals seeking flexible, purpose-driven careers.

HOW WE WORK

At its core, The FEAT is built on the belief that traditional corporate structures no longer align with the realities of today’s professionals. The workforce has evolved—professionals now seek purpose-driven, flexible, and multidimensional career paths. Businesses, in turn, require more agile, data-driven approaches to hiring, talent retention, and workforce strategy.

Through Feat Solutions, we work closely with investors and private equity-backed companies experiencing significant growth and change, offering scalable, AI-enabled workforce solutions that drive business success. In the Summer 2025, we will relaunch The FEAT Collective, an online platform designed to connect independent professionals with forward-thinking organizations, fostering a new era of work built on flexibility, expertise, and innovation.

The FEAT is female-founded and female-led, but our mission extends beyond gender. We are committed to designing workforce solutions that benefit all professionals—not just women. We believe in a future where every company has the tools, technology, and insights to embrace the modern workforce and thrive.

OUR TEAM is made up of Experienced Operators, not consultants. We have years of real, multi-national operating experience leading complex and growth-oriented organizations and operations.

JAQUELINE GLEASON
Infrastructure, Technology & The FEAT Summit

An experienced operator with 25+ years optimizing the physical office location through technology, infrastructure and operations.  Jaqueline is a graduate of NYU and got her MBA at Baruch College.

SARAH WAMBLE
Revenue Operations & Resource Management

A seasoned operations expert with 20+ years of experience building, activating & optimizing revenue through highly efficient organizational infrastructure. Sarah is a graduate of U. of Alabama and holds a masters from Boston U.

NATASHA POTASHNIK, PhD
Data & Analytics

A renowned leader in the field of data science, Dr. Potashnik for over eight years led the team that pioneered innovative applications of data science in media optimization.  Dr. Potashnik holds a PhD in mathematics from Columbia and a B.A. in Intensive mathematics from Yale.

AINSLEY REUBEL
People Operations

An employee-minded, culture-focused, change manag​ement specialist, holding a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology. Ainsley is a graduate of Marymount and holds a masters in Organizational Psychology from U. of Hartford.

MORGAN MORILLO
Program Management

A seasoned operator skilled at managing the delivery of complex business systems and transformation initiatives. Morgan is a graduate of the U. of Florida.
